Food allergy panel: Not sure for specific medication how you would test for it, but start with your doctor first, who can refer you to an allergy specialist. With a history of celiac, you need to eat carefully, and have a gold standard testing done (complement food allergy panel done) that can be expensive, but worthwhile. It's basically an elimination diet.
