Exam NOW appropriate: You have localized your problem to the peri-anal area. The "circle mass" you describe (sorry, we can't see the picture you posted) is worrisome, & by your description does NOT sound hemorrhoidal (hemorrhoids are typically not circumferential). Please ask your doctor to examine the area ASAP.
