Muscle spasm: Anger releases "fight" type hormones and causes a variety of body reactions. Since you are a young female and have had this problem for a while (chest pain caused by anger, not exercise), it is probably not your heart. However, anger can increase heart attacks in susceptible people. Your pain is probably from acid refluxing up from your stomach into your esophagus, or from muscles tightening.
