Old preg test: Why take a chance! The cost of a new one is relatively inexpensive, and you will know for sure. You will always have a doubt if you use an expired one.

May miss early preg: Likely will give (+) result if several weeks pregnant, but if checking for missed period / early pregnancy, may not report properly due to aging components. If just purchased, should be able to take back to store with receipt, show is expired and get exchange for in-date one.

Unexpired test: You should get a pregnancy test package that is not expired and repeat the test. If it is negative and you think that there is a significant possibility that you are pregnant, then repeat the test in seven to ten days with another unexpired pregnancy test package.
