See your doctor ASAP: You've obviously had some tests already, but further evaluation is required. If you've experienced worsening of GERD, then you may be instructed to increase your PPI dose (such as Prilosec 40mg twice daily) and get an EGD. If not having reflux symptoms, the next consideration for a common syndrome would be GB disease, which can be diagnosed with ultrasound, but may need HIDA scan.
