Migraine or rebound?: Your med list says you take Excedrin migraine. This med is notorious for causing what we call rebound headache. You take it and get relief, but then the headache returns worse, so you take more, and soon you're in a cycle of constant headache and no relief. See a neurologist who specializes in headaches. Headache diary: You should start documenting your symptoms and other important information about your headaches into the form of a table so that a headache specialist can analyze it quickly and diagnose the type of headaches you are having and suggest appropriate therapy.
