I can occasionally hear my heart-beat in my mouth, generally when i am slouching and only lasts 3-4 beats. sounds like dripping water. should i worry?

Listen to mom. : The heart pretty much sits on top of the stomach and when you slouch you kind of squish them closer together. Also what sounds like water dripping may actually be your stomach with the heart beats mixing up what's in your stomach (the stomach has air fluid levels that can make noise that noise). Lesson here is listen to your mom and don't slouch :)

Unusual: . Ears and hearing is not uncommon. Tinnitus bruit etc. If persists see ENT.
