Have had a zit like spot on my leg for a few months....any idea what it could be?

Not sure: Difficult to say without seeing it, but it is not acne because it wouldn't last months. Think of things like a wart or a molluscum contagiosum lesion. Best to have doctor or dermatologist see it so correct diagnosis can be made and can see if it needs any treatment at all.
