No: You aspirated some water in the lungs, happens all the time. As long as you feel ok you'll be fine.

Yes.: But no worries it's just water and should be able to cough it up. When anything but air gets into the lung it's called aspiration and a frequent problem with acid reflux and stroke patients and can lead to pneumonia or chemical destruction of the lung tissue. You should be fine. If cough remains persistent or you develop other symptoms go see your doctor.
