Choledochal cyst: The classic presentation of a choledochal cyst is abdominal pain, jaundice, and a mass in the right upper part of the abdomen. Of course, these three together are only found in a minority of patients. However, it is certainly possible that pain would be the only symptom of this congenital disease that presents most commonly in the first year of life.
