Definitely need to: be followed clinically by your bariatric specialist. Severe jejunum is nothing to ignore, and severe pain warrants the surgeon reviewing your case immediately, to rule out infection. (This will depend on when you had your surgery too.) I would not ignore what your body is telling you!
