Stomach Ulcer sympto: Stomach ulcer symptoms can have a large range of symptoms. Mild symptoms being indigestion or dyspepsia, nausea, heartburn, diarrhea, vomiting up to severe abdominal pain/cramping. One of the most serious symptoms would be bleeding from the ulcer into your gastrointestinal tract which could be life threatening. If you are concerned about a stomach ulcer - you should see your physician.
