Fewer than with: Erlotinib, the tyrosine kinase inhibitor that replaced it. The scary risk was , 1% incidence of pneumonitis mostly in asians, mild diarrhea (more harsh with erlotinib), skin acne-like reactions, eye lid and nail bed problems.
