Can't say: Without seeing it. You will need to see your doc. You fond seem to be allergic to the acrylic or it would be all your nails.

Infected : I'm worried that you may have a secondary bacterial infection in your mail bed! You should seek medical attention soon, if this is not possible then warm soaks may help! If you finger starts to swell and turn red and hot, it's an emergency to get treatment
