No: Acinic cell carcinomas are initially low grade carcinomas found mostly in parotid gland. With time they can become more aggressive, sometimes found in breast or pancreas. With the majority in the parotid gland, allowing this tumor to grow without resection can eventually have the facial nerve involved.
