Friction burns.: Any diaper rash ointment will help: A&D ointment, Aquafor, Desitin (zinc oxide diaper cream) all are pretty much the same thing and work wonders. Generally those burns will heal in two or three days without doing anything extra if you will just not use it and let it heal. Just be sure to wear underwear to keep the friction down to a minimum during everyday activities.
