Wrist motion: The bones are meant to move at the joints. so mobility at any joint without pain or swelling is usually normal.

No that is not normal: This could be arthritis or a pulled tendon. Could be nerve damage is there numbness in your fingers if so off five or just the thumb and the first and second finger?
