Possibly related: If you had a stroke which caused you to have any slurring of speech and that is now getting worse or getting more frequent it may be a residual effect of the stroke. A neurological with speech evaluation together may help give you more information. You may need to enroll in a bit of speech therapy and practice speaking to make things better.
