Advice on gabitril (tiagabine)?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Partial Seizures: Gabitril or tiagabine is used as an adjunctive (add on) medication in the treatment of a type of seizure disorder called partial seizures. It has also been used "off label" for anxiety and pain symptoms, but the fda warns that for patients who do not have seizures, the use of this medication may actually cause a slight increase in the risk of having a seizure.
