Depends on the units: Raw number difficult without the units. in this paper: http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/766411 Fecal calprtectin in the 1000 range is consistant with inflammatory bowel disorders. FC in the 165 range was more representative of the unaffected group. But again this is with the units included.

Calprotectin: Norml levels for. 2-9 year old child is 166, thereby placing your child in the normal range
