I have ptsd. i've tried everything non- medicinal. what antidepressant best helps? please answer the question, don't tell me to seek alternates . thx

They especially help with the anxiety, moodiness and irritability. Certain blood pressure medications, like clonidine and prazosin can help with insomnia and nightmares. However, therapy is always first and best for PTSD.
