Not sure.: Are you saying your period occurs every 23-28 days or it has been lasting 23-28 days? It takes a couple of cycles after stopping birth control for your body to get normal again. If your period has been lasting 23-28 days you are at high risk for anemia and iron deficiency and need to get it checked immediately.
