Worthless: If this is male pattern baldness, ketoconazole is worthless. If it's from extremely severe dandruff / seborrhea, it's a good choice. If it's alopecia areata or telogen effluvium, you're also wasting your time and money. For male pattern baldness, there are Rx's / meds and surgery, or you can embrace your masculinity and genetics and focus on physical fitness -- the real key to a man's looks.
