IDK and No: This needs to be evaluated in person in order to determine the cause (decalcification? decay? bruxism? other?) and no, tooth enamel cannot grow back but can be repaired to good aesthetics and function. Please consult with a dentist. When was your last dental exam?

Fractured teeth: May be due to developmental enamel defects, decay undermining the enamel, or destructive habits such as grinding or chewing hard objects. See your Dentist for immediate care. No teeth are the only structures in the body that do not repair themselves. Do not delay. See Dentist now.

Broken Teeth: Teeth may fracture for a number of reasons. Most commonly it is decay, but bruxism, genetic malformation, and carelessness can also be causes. If your last dental exam was more than six months ago, it's time to make an appointment.
