No worries : Don't worry. If you had N. Fowleri in the water supply it would make CNN. If your water is coming from your municipality your 99.99% ok. If you have your own tank that might be a different story. Nothing can be done unless you develop symptoms anyways so don't worry too much.

Naegleria fowleri: - unaware of any cases transmitted through mist inhallation. It is transmitted when contaminated water goes into nose - such as water submersion or neti pot use. There has been one case of Primary Amebic Meningoencephalitis related to Naegleria fowleri in the stated of Mississippi from 1962 until 2016. We are talking - exceedingly rare. REF: >>
