I fell off my pushbike 3 weeks ago, i still have pain in my hand and knee, should i go back to the doctors or is it normal not to have healed yet?

Has X rays done?: If x rays are normal, then it will take 6 weeks to heal, you can use topical Voltaren or take ALEVE (naproxen) twice a day, if after 6 weeks it still hurts see an orthopedist.
