Just realized the taste of blood from the back of my throat is actually originating from my adam's apple area and not nasal. What does this mean?

More info needed: You do not mention if you saw any blood. Of you saw blood, see a doctor. Bleeding from the esophagus, larynx or nose is not normal and needs to be evaluated.
