Viral infection: It sounds like you have a viral infection, causing all of these symptoms. I suggest rest, drink plenty of fluids, and take acetominophen for discomfort. Once your stomach feels better, you can start adding in low fat (nongreasy) foods in small amounts. Gradually increase volume of food as you feel better. Eating yogurt or taking acidophilus can also help your stomach feel better faster.
