Is experience with docetaxel worse than experience with fec?

I don't think so: Do you mean fec (fluorouracil (5fu), epirubicin and cyclophosphamide)? If so, i think that the side effects with docetaxel are better compared to fec. However, it all depends on the dose. For many cancers we use a dose of 75 mg/m2 and in my opinion this much better tolerated than fec. Please make sure to ask your oncologist more details about docetaxel so that you are prepared. Best wishes ariel.
