Serious!: Benign growth which can erode the bones of the middle ear, leadin. To hearing loss. Erosion of the mastoid can also occur, as well as extension beyond these areas. If taken care of early, prognosis is excellent. If you have it, don't delay in seeing an ENT and get treatment.
