What is the best way to self-apply sunscreen for use on a daily basis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Liberally: Just start form the top and work your way down. Every exposed area of your body should be protected. SO after you are dressed for the day, you can then see what areas are at risk for that day and then apply to those areas. Repeat later in day if you sweat a lot or if you do anything in the water such as go swimming or get caught in the rain. Make sure your sunscreen has both UVA and UVB protection
