You are fine.: Nocturnal emissions are a sign of good health. They will continue for years unless you climax at other times more frequently. Masturbating can allow you to climax at your convenience rather than while you are asleep. Nobody talks about this so it probably feels like it is only happening to you. I bet of the next 50 men under 40 you see... 10 would have had a nocturnal emission in the past week
