They move!: Your intestines will move around. The liver and spleen are more fixed so they don't move.

They do move.: If you lay still you can see and feel your heart beating on your chest. If you take a deep breath you can feel your liver move down from under your right lower ribs. borborygmus is technically the sound (rumbling) that air and liquid make when moving through the intestines but it frequently can be felt and sometimes seen. Your abdominal aorta can often be felt pulsating in your mid abdomen.
