A member asked:

I am extremely afraid of bees what is the first aid for a bee allergic reaction if i don't know if i am allergic? i work outside a lot at my job

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Local care: Most commonly the reaction to a bee sting is local and can be treated with ice and perhaps baking soda applied locally to the wound. Many home remedies exist. An anaphylactic reaction is less common and very severe, and requires immediate intervention by a medical professional.
