Clonidine: Some potential side effects of Clonidine include sedation, fatigue, low blood pressure, dizziness, headache & upper abdominal pain. Clonidine is FDA approved for treatment of hypertension. It has been used off label to treat ADHD, anxiety, oppositional defiant disorder, opioid & alcohol withdrawal,restless leg syndrome, migraine headaches, nicotine dependence,Tourette's Syndrome, & hot sweats.
