Zithromax: Taking a single extra dose of ZIthromax should not do you any harm, although combining it with doxycycline is somewhat unusual in my experience. I wonder what type of condition is being treated.

Why ABX? : You need to have a very good reason to pop antibiotics. Has a physician prescribed these antibiotics or you are taking them on your own.??? Lots of "drawbacks" of taking antibiotics without a clinical diagnosis. One major reason is developing antibiotics resistance, others are Cllostridium Difficile colitis. So please consult a physician before taking any antibiotics.
