Possibly: See a primary physician or psychiatrist to discuss symptoms and screening questionnaire. More likely with a family history. Medication with or without counseling is needed. Newer and better treatments are available and emerging. Mental illness can seriously affect your life, job, relationships and happiness. Suicidal thoughts are a concern so get help immediately.
