may be not.: Allergic reaction can be treated with Benadryl (diphenhydramine) by mouth and Cream. Also apply Cortisone Cream to the area. These will help curb the spread of Rash. Assuming you cleaned and washed the area with soap and water first. If you are having Difficulty in breathing along with spreading of Rash=Emergency, Otherwise you may need to see your doctor if rash keep spreading
