Yes: If you mean a urine pregnancy test then yes. A serum (blood) pregnancy test is positive at a level of 5 for most labs. Urine pregnancy tests turn positive between 15-25 depending on the manufacturer. So you could have a positive serum and negative urine briefly with a chemical pregnancy
