GO TO E.R.NOW: Having watery diarrhea for 3 days,along with abdominal pain and nausea,brat diet not helping suggesting that,you should go to E.R. you need to be examined ,may be needing I.V.fluids to replenish your fluids.Also treatment for pain and diarrhea .
