Healthy life style: If you have an immune impairment, no lifestyle change will likely improve your immunity meaningfully. Absent that, regular exercise, a diet high in anti-oxidant and vitamins, sufficient iron intake, and healthy mental attitude would help maintain the immune status. There is increasing evidence that low vitamin D3 level may reduce one's immunity as well. Depression and anger are also your enemies.
