I feel your pain...: This has been true for me too. If possible, try to find a warmer work setting. But in today's economy, it's hard. Might you wear a warming, moisturizing mask? Do you use a albuterol nebulizer, Mucinex (guaifenesin) or other type of guaifenisen? See a provider if you don't already to evaluate for asthma, allergies, etc. I do best at the oceanside - think warm thoughts if you can.
