Tough to say: Nodes enlarged, in many places, and for 6 months now, is a sign he has some underlying issue going on. Try to get him in sooner. 6 weeks sounds very long to wait for an issue such as this. Best wishes.

Need more info: How big are they? Any other symptoms (fever, fatigue, bone pain)? Are they getting bigger, or are they staying the same or getting smaller? Did he receive antibiotics? Did they help? Generally speaking, nodes
