Anything is possible: If you had unprotected sex, there is always the chance of pregnancy. A negative Pregnancy tests go against that fact though, Wait to see if your next period comes on,..if not, than check a serum preg test and see your dr. for eval. Best wishes.

Anovulation: Cramping is not a sign of early pregnancy. Your ovaries are not working. You need to go to the doctor to figure out why. If you don't believe this then repeat the pregnancy test once and then get to the doctor.
