Is getting my period 6 years after a bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy normal (possible)? because it has just happened.

Depends: If you haven't had a period for 6 years ten you need to see your GYN.

Need More Info: Are you taking hormone replacement therapy? If so, yes, you can get a period. If you are not taking any hormones, you should not be getting a period. Please see a doctor.
