Endometriosis: Endometriosis can cause lower back pain or pelvic pain, fibroids can also cause pain. However, you should repeat the pregnancy test. The most serious problem could be an ectopic pregnancy which could require surgery or medication. Please see a Gyn doctor if the pain persists or worsens.
