Normal: Sweating is the body's way of cooling off. It's like being sprayed with water. So a person with fever who takes, for example, aspirin will start to sweat, and then his temperature drops. That also occurs during recovery from a fever without medicine. Of course, this answer does not address the CAUSE of the baby's fever. That requires medical evaluation.
