is it normal for a 2 day old baby to shiver even his temp is 37 c or 98.6 f degrees in the summer. room temper is 23 c or 75 f. lots of clothing.

Normal: This "shivering" is just the baby's immature nervous system causing muscle movement. It is not an indication they are cold. Don't overdress your baby - overheating has been associated with SIDS> newborn should wear number of layers of clothes adults in environment are comfortable in plus one layer more.
