Yes: Yes, depending on where the spinal cord is being compressed and how severe your case is, it can affect your vision. I would recommend an eye exam just to make sure your fuzzy vision isn't due to problems in the eye rather than the nerve that travels to the eyes which would be more indicative of being caused by the cervical spondylosis.

It's possible, but: Usually it is a symptom of advanced spondylosis and you usually see symptoms of loss of balance and even nausea and vomiting with it. If your symptoms are progressing to this point you need to see your doctor ASAP.
