I been coughing now for a few weeks its like i have a permanent tickle in my throat topped of with constant phlegm. any suggestions?

Cough: Most likely cause is postnasal drainage down throat. Second is acid reflux. Third is cough, sputum, and/or irritation from chest. Each of these has excellent OTC options available at pharmacy without prescription. Nasal drainage can be treated with Nasacort Allergy nasal spray (triamcinolone) available OTC as of last year.
